Tanggung Jawab
- Manage general ledger operations including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Oversee full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes ensuring timely processing
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, and regulatory filings
- Lead month-end and year-end closing activities with accurate documentation
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure financial compliance
- Collaborate with auditors during internal/external financial examinations
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance financial efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience with GL/AP/AR exposure
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
- CPA license or equivalent professional certification preferred
- Deep understanding of Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
