Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and month-end closing
- Prepare accurate financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow) for management review
- Ensure compliance with Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and tax regulations (BIR requirements)
- Conduct financial analysis, variance reporting, and budget forecasting
- Oversee payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities during examinations
- Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on accounting experience in a corporate setting
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or Xero) and MS Office Suite
- Deep knowledge of Philippine tax laws, BIR regulations, and accounting standards
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines
- Proven experience with financial reporting and variance analysis
