Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements in compliance with PSAK standards
- Implement and monitor cost control initiatives to optimize operational efficiency
- Oversee inventory management systems including valuation and reconciliation processes
- Lead bank reconciliations and account reconciliations for all financial transactions
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis for departmental heads
- Ensure adherence to tax regulations and financial reporting deadlines
- Collaborate with auditors during financial statement reviews and tax audits
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from accredited institution
- Minimum 3 years of experience in full-cycle accounting
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel functions
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPN, PPh)
- Professional certification (Akuntan Publik/CPA) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and business-level English
