Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations including GL maintenance, month-end closing, and financial reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, accounting standards (PSAK), and internal controls
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, variance reports, and management dashboards
- Lead internal audits and coordinate external auditor engagements
- Develop and implement process improvements for accounting efficiency
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis initiatives
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (S1 Akuntansi) with minimum 5 years of experience
- Strong proficiency in Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel functions
- Professional certification (Akuntan Publik/CPA) highly preferred
- Proven experience in manufacturing or chemical industry accounting
- Exceptional attention to detail with analytical problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
