Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with MFRS/IFRS.
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring adherence to tight deadlines.
- Manage tax filing requirements and ensure full compliance with LHDN regulations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to perform variance analysis and budget forecasting.
- Review and improve existing internal control procedures to mitigate financial risks.
- Supervise and mentor junior finance staff to ensure team productivity and high-quality output.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CPA/CIMA).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar senior or lead accounting role.
- Strong technical knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and taxation laws.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, or ERP systems) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a dynamic office environment.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia to communicate financial data clearly.
