Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and ensure timely invoice processing
- Oversee general ledger maintenance and reconcile bank accounts
- Coordinate annual audits and tax compliance requirements
- Implement and improve accounting controls and internal processes
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting
- Mentor junior accounting staff and provide financial training
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
