Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full cycle of accounting, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and local regulations.
- Oversee the budgeting process and assist in performing variance analysis to support business planning.
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance and transparency.
- Streamline accounting processes and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Reconcile bank statements, intercompany accounts, and general ledger balances on a regular basis.
- Ensure accurate tax computation and submission of statutory returns.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar Senior Accountant role within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of full-set accounting, financial reporting, and statutory audit requirements in Singapore.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
