Promotional Partners Group Limited is seeking a meticulous and highly analytical Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team in Santa Ana, Metro Manila. In this critical role, you will be primarily responsible for the complete, accurate, and timely cost allocation to Partners Group programs and its diverse portfolio of clients across the globe. As our Senior Accountant, you will ensure that financial operations align with global standards and provide the transparency needed for high-level decision-making.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the complete and accurate cost allocation for global programs and international clients.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all financial deadlines are met.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, balance sheets, and P&L statements for management review.
- Coordinate with global offices to reconcile intercompany transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for specific departmental segments.
- Provide expert guidance on tax compliance and statutory reporting requirements within the region.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide recommendations for cost-saving initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
- Proven expertise in cost accounting and complex cost allocation methodologies.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP software (such as SAP, NetSuite, or Oracle) and MS Excel.
- In-depth knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local Philippine tax laws.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with stakeholders across different time zones.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
