As a Senior Accountant, you will take charge of assisting with the annual budgeting process and conducting monthly financial forecasting to help drive business decisions. You will also play a key role in supporting both internal and external audits by preparing the necessary schedules and documentation. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior accountants, reviewing their work to ensure compliance with company policies and providing valuable guidance.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and perform monthly forecasting and variance analysis.
- Support internal and external audits by providing requested schedules and documentation.
- Review the work of junior accountants, offering mentorship, feedback, and guidance.
- Ensure all financial transactions comply with relevant Philippine tax laws and accounting standards.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights to management.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience in a Senior Accountant or similar financial role.
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor junior staff members.
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
