Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee full-set accounting functions, including GL, AP, and AR management.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with FRS.
- Manage cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support business operations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to streamline procurement and inventory accounting processes.
- Ensure timely submission of GST, corporate tax filings, and other statutory requirements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and audit schedules to maintain internal control integrity.
- Support the finance manager in financial planning and business development reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CA/CPA).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Senior Accountant or similar finance role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- In-depth knowledge of local tax regulations and accounting standards (SFRS).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport across all levels of the organization.
- A proactive mindset with a keen eye for process improvement and efficiency.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail or F&B environment.
