Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full spectrum of financial accounting, including GL, AP, and AR functions.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local regulations and group policies.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors for statutory audits and tax filings.
- Perform variance analysis on P&L and balance sheet items to provide actionable insights to management.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and manage inventory valuation assessments.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance accounting efficiency and strengthen internal controls.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar accounting role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of FRS/IFRS and Singapore tax regulations.
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high accuracy in financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute effectively within a regional team setting.
