Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee all aspects of general ledger accounting, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end closing processes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with SGX regulations and accounting standards
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audit processes and address any findings
- Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis to support financial planning and decision-making
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely processing and resolution of any discrepancies
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to management, offering insights and recommendations for financial optimization
- Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and tax laws, ensuring the company remains compliant
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or ACCA certification is highly preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role
- Experience working in an SGX-listed company or a similar regulated environment
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of Singapore accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
