Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily bookkeeping operations including journal entries, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Reconcile e-commerce platform transactions with accounting systems to ensure sales data accuracy
- Oversee inventory cost management, COGS calculations, and valuation methodologies
- Prepare and submit tax documentation ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax regulations
- Generate monthly financial statements and variance analyses for management review
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams on financial aspects of inventory and revenue cycles
- Support annual audits and regulatory reporting requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S1 Akuntansi)
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in cosmetics or FMCG
- Proficiency in Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, PPnBM) and financial reporting standards
- Advanced Excel skills with experience in financial modeling and data analysis
- Hands-on experience with accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems)
- E-commerce platform reconciliation experience (Shopee, Tokopedia, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
- Fluent in both English and Indonesian for cross-functional collaboration
