Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and tax regulations
- Oversee month-end closing processes and reconcile financial accounts
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Collaborate with internal/external auditors during financial reviews
- Implement and improve accounting processes for efficiency
- Provide financial insights to support strategic business decisions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA license preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel
- Deep understanding of Philippine tax laws and accounting standards
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proven experience in financial reporting and reconciliation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in multinational or fintech companies a plus
