Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations
- Conduct financial audits and reconciliations of bank accounts and general ledger
- Assist in budget preparation, variance analysis, and financial forecasting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning initiatives
- Maintain accurate financial records and implement internal controls
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Philippine GAAP and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
