Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee full-cycle accounting operations including GL maintenance, month-end closing, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and variance reports for management
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes and vendor relationships
- Lead financial audits and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning and forecasting
- Mentor junior accounting staff and develop department SOPs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with minimum 3 years relevant experience
- CPA certification or equivalent professional qualification preferred
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Demonstrated experience in financial reporting and compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in sports/retail industry highly advantageous
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and business-level English
