Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounting processes including general ledger, AP/AR, and month-end closings
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring compliance with Indonesian accounting standards
- Oversee tax compliance, filings, and planning for corporate income tax, VAT, and other levies
- Implement internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure financial accuracy
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities during reviews
- Develop financial models and reports to support management decision-making
- Mentor junior accounting staff and process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of accounting experience with tax specialization
- Proficiency in Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Advanced MS Excel skills and experience with accounting software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Professional certification (Akuntan Publik/Brevet A/B) preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
