Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and collections
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis for management review
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts, ledger accounts, and other financial records
- Collaborate with auditors during financial audits and provide necessary documentation
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Support management in making informed financial decisions through accurate reporting and analysis
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license is preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and sound judgment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations
