We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join a dynamic US-based accounting firm operating out of Manila. This is a fantastic opportunity for a finance professional looking to gain international exposure while working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of bookkeeping and conducting thorough financial reviews for our US clients. You will ensure the accuracy of financial records, prepare comprehensive reports, and provide critical insights to drive business decisions. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss statements.
- Conduct detailed financial reviews and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
- Ensure strict compliance with US GAAP accounting standards and local regulations.
- Process and reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of annual tax filings and audits as required.
- Collaborate with the US-based management team to provide timely and accurate financial reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping, preferably within a US GAAP environment.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Master’s in Accounting is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups) are required.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with international stakeholders.
