Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations including month-end/year-end closing processes
- Supervise and mentor Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Treasury teams
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for management decision support
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and audit requirements
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures
- Manage financial reporting systems and process improvements
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years progressive accounting experience
- 3+ years team leadership/supervisory experience
- Expertise in Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS)
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with multi-currency transactions
