Remote Employee BPO Phil Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to lead our financial team. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a critical role in managing the company's financial health, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and maintaining compliance with local and international accounting standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure strict compliance with Philippine tax laws and accounting standards (BIR, PFRS).
- Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes and ensure all reconciliations are completed.
- Assist in the development of the annual budget and provide financial forecasting and analysis to management.
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance on best practices and professional development.
- Perform internal audits and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA license or relevant professional certification is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate or BPO setting.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax regulations, VAT filing, and business compliance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership abilities and effective communication skills.
