We are seeking a detailed-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to oversee accounting operations at Digi-Lightning Inc. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the full accounting cycle, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and leading the financial reporting process. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and local standards.
- Perform complex bank and account reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Assist in the annual audit process by preparing required schedules and documentation.
- Supervise junior accounting staff, providing guidance and training on accounting procedures.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings in accordance with Philippine tax laws.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and reduce risk.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA license or equivalent professional certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Xero, QuickBooks) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Philippine Tax Code and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
