Your responsibilities will include preparing complex financial statements, managing bank and intercompany reconciliations, and assisting in the preparation of the annual budget and variance analysis. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring all journal entries are accurate, complete, and timely.
- Oversee the month-end and year-end closing procedures, including accruals, adjustments, and financial statement preparation.
- Perform comprehensive bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies immediately.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets, to support decision-making.
- Assist in the budget preparation process and conduct variance analysis against actuals.
- Ensure strict compliance with Philippine tax laws, local regulations, and internal accounting policies.
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants during annual audits and tax filings.
- Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy and authorization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a senior accounting or finance role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine financial reporting standards and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
