Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations including GL maintenance, month-end/year-end closing, and financial statement preparation
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with Singapore FRS/IFRS standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Prepare detailed management reports, variance analyses, and budget forecasts
- Lead internal and external audit coordination, implementing corrective actions
- Develop and maintain financial systems documentation and process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning and decision support
- Mentor junior accounting staff and conduct training on financial procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA/ACCA/CMA certification
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on accounting experience in Singapore
- Expertise in full-cycle accounting and financial reporting (FRS/IFRS)
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Demonstrated experience with tax compliance and audit processes
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex data clearly
- Experience in sustainability reporting or ESG accounting is highly desirable
