We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our dynamic global finance team in Bonifacio Global City. In this 6-month contract role, you will take the lead in managing accounting operations, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance for our Asia entities. You will ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data, drive efficient audit processes, and provide critical financial insights to support strategic decision-making across the organization.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting for multiple Asia entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and review complex monthly financial statements and management reports in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP standards.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations and statutory requirements for all regional entities.
- Coordinate with external auditors and internal stakeholders to facilitate seamless audit processes and resolution of findings.
- Perform regular account reconciliations and manage general ledger activities to maintain financial integrity.
- Collaborate with regional finance teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business planning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in accounting, with a strong background in multinational or investment firm environments.
- Deep understanding of IFRS and local tax laws and regulations in the Philippines.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural global team.
