Tanggung Jawab
- Perform monthly closing activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and management reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger operations
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Collaborate with auditors during financial audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings
- Implement and maintain robust financial systems and processes
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional accounting certification (CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent)
- Minimum 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven experience with month-end closing and financial reporting
