Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including GL maintenance, reconciliations, and month-end closings
- Prepare accurate financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) compliant with Indonesian accounting standards
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and optimize working capital
- Coordinate tax filings, VAT returns, and ensure regulatory compliance
- Develop and implement internal controls to prevent financial risks
- Analyze financial data to support strategic business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
- Lead external audit preparations and liaise with tax authorities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with S1 Akuntansi qualification
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in Indonesian corporate environment
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and PSAK standards
- Professional certification (Akuntan Publik/CPA) preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
