Join our dynamic Australian multi-entity group as a Senior Accountant/Accounts Manager and take ownership of financial operations in Kuala Lumpur. This pivotal role requires you to manage the full accounting lifecycle using Xero, including monthly financial reporting, inter-entity reconciliations, and ensuring BAS compliance across business units. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial accuracy, optimize processes, and support strategic decision-making. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations using Xero for multi-entity transactions
- Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports for management and stakeholders
- Oversee inter-entity reconciliations and ensure accurate inter-company settlements
- Ensure compliance with BAS requirements and tax regulations
- Lead accounts payable/receivable cycles and cash flow management
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and external financial partners
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CA/CPA/MIA)
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in multi-entity environments
- Advanced proficiency in Xero and accounting software
- Deep understanding of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
