We are seeking a dynamic Senior Accountant, Accounts Payable to join our international finance team. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and drive transformative improvements in our accounts payable processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end accounts payable operations including invoice processing, payment verification, and vendor reconciliation
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for AP systems and processes, providing expert guidance to team members
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through automation and workflow optimization
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and international accounting standards
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution
- Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Prepare monthly AP reports and key performance metrics for stakeholder review
- Mentor junior accounting staff to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in accounts payable with 2+ years in senior leadership role
- Expert knowledge of AP cycles, vendor management, and reconciliation processes
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Microsoft Excel advanced functions
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements and automation
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Experience working in multinational organizations and international accounting standards
