Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts receivable-related general ledger activities with precision and accuracy
- Perform monthly reconciliations of AR accounts and related subsidiary ledgers
- Lead month-end close procedures for accounts receivable functions
- Conduct investigative accounting to resolve discrepancies and ensure financial accuracy
- Monitor aging reports and implement strategies to optimize cash flow
- Collaborate with sales and customer service departments to resolve billing issues
- Develop and maintain internal controls for AR processes
- Prepare regular reports on AR performance for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable management
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in month-end closing processes and reconciliations
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
