This position offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, handle sales commission reconciliations, and ensure compliance with both local and international accounting standards. You will be responsible for the end-to-monthly financial close, variance analysis, and strategic financial planning, making this an ideal role for a motivated Senior Accountant ready to take on greater responsibility.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full cycle of accounting operations, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS.
- Oversee the calculation, verification, and reconciliation of sales commissions for the manufacturing division.
- Perform detailed variance analysis and assist in budget preparation and forecasting activities.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities to facilitate smooth audits and tax filings.
- Utilize ERP systems (e.g., SAP) to streamline financial processes and reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Full Set Accounting, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP or other advanced ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) is essential.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA), ACCA, or ACA qualification is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a regional APAC environment.
