As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing complex accounting tasks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing strategic financial guidance to our clients. You will collaborate closely with the finance team to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency, ensuring that all financial reporting is accurate and timely.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and on time.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements, in strict compliance with local accounting standards and regulations.
- Ensure strict adherence to Philippine tax laws, BIR regulations, and corporate compliance requirements.
- Perform monthly and year-end closing procedures, including detailed reconciliation of bank accounts and general ledger accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and provide variance analysis reports to management to support decision-making.
- Resolve any discrepancies in accounts with high attention to detail and maintain organized financial records.
- Provide financial insights and support to clients to help them achieve their business goals and improve profitability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with exposure to audit or consultancy services being a distinct advantage.
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine tax regulations, business laws, and BIR filing requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
