Join APWTech as a Senior Accountant and take charge of the end-to-end accounting function for our growing business operations across Australia and the Philippines. This is a pivotal role that combines technical accounting expertise with strategic financial oversight to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance in both markets.
In this position, you'll be responsible for managing the complete accounting cycle, from transaction recording to financial statement preparation. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining our financial integrity while supporting the expansion of our AU operations and optimizing our PH operational efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations for Australian business requirements and Philippine operations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Ensure compliance with Australian accounting standards and Philippine financial regulations
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance
- Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting to support management decision-making
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities during audits and tax filings
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis for both AU and PH operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with exposure to both local and international accounting standards
- Proven experience with Australian accounting requirements and Philippine tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, with strong Excel skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end accounting functions for multiple entities
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills with ability to present financial information clearly
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-border operations
