Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Australian standards.
- Perform accurate bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Handle tax filings, including BAS and IAS, ensuring strict compliance with ATO regulations.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes efficiently.
- Provide detailed financial reporting and analysis to Australian-based management teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial workflows and internal controls.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy (CPA license is highly preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years specifically handling Australian accounts.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks Online.
- Deep understanding of Australian Taxation Office (ATO) compliance and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a WFH/Hybrid setup.
