Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with ASX reporting requirements.
- Manage the full-cycle accounting process for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct balance sheet reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and intercompany eliminations.
- Support the annual audit process by acting as the primary point of contact for external auditors.
- Ensure strict compliance with Australian Tax laws, GST filings, and corporate governance standards.
- Analyze financial variances and provide actionable insights to management.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and oversee depreciation schedules.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CA qualification is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of professional accounting experience, with at least 2 years specifically focused on Australian entities.
- Proven working knowledge of ASX regulatory and financial reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, or NetSuite.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder communication.
- Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, etc.).
