In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the financial health of our organization, overseeing complex accounting operations, ensuring rigorous internal controls, and providing data-driven insights to support our logistics and supply chain strategies.

You will be responsible for end-to-end financial reporting, managing intercompany reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with local tax regulations and accounting standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full cycle of accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Monitor inventory valuation and cost of goods sold (COGS) specifically for cold storage and warehousing assets.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements and management reports to support business decision-making.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies to ensure full statutory compliance.
- Analyze variance in operational costs and provide actionable recommendations for efficiency improvements.
- Supervise junior accounting staff and provide mentorship on technical accounting procedures.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and oversee the depreciation schedules for logistics equipment and facilities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or a related Finance field; CPA license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory capacity.
- Proven industry experience in Warehousing, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management is a strong advantage.
- Deep understanding of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and local tax regulations (BIR compliance).
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial findings to non-finance stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, professional skepticism, and attention to detail.
