Join INSHI's dynamic finance team as a Senior Accountant in our Ubud, Bali office, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing the financial health of our construction projects. We seek a meticulous professional with deep expertise in Indonesian tax regulations and proven experience in the construction industry. As a key member of our finance department, you'll oversee the full-cycle accounting process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial insights. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting for construction projects, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, and local taxes)
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for construction portfolios
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and project cost tracking systems
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate with external auditors
- Collaborate with project managers on budget preparation and variance analysis
- Implement and maintain financial controls for construction-specific transactions
- Lead month-end closing processes and financial reporting deadlines
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA certification preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with 2+ years in construction industry
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and financial reporting standards
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience managing construction project accounting and cost controls
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
