Tanggung Jawab
- Manage financial records and ensure accuracy of all accounting transactions
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Oversee project costing and budget monitoring for construction projects
- Coordinate with auditors during financial audits
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to management
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards
- Supervise junior accounting staff and provide guidance as needed
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in construction industry
- Professional accounting certification (CPA, ACCA, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards and tax regulations
- Experience with construction accounting software and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
