Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting for construction projects, including journal entries, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including tax filings and reporting
- Analyze project costs, prepare budgets, and monitor financial performance against projections
- Collaborate with project managers to provide financial insights and support decision-making
- Implement and improve accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Conduct regular financial reviews and prepare reports for management
- Manage relationships with auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in the construction industry
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with project costing and financial reporting for construction projects
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred
