Join INSHI as a Senior Accountant and take charge of financial operations for our construction projects in the beautiful location of Ubud, Bali. We are seeking a highly skilled accounting professional with a strong background in Indonesian tax regulations and construction industry experience to manage our full-cycle accounting processes.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with Indonesian tax laws, and supporting the financial health of our diverse construction projects. Your expertise will be crucial in managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial statements, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities specific to the construction sector.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations for construction projects
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and reporting requirements
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis for construction projects
- Coordinate with project managers to track project costs and financial performance
- Conduct regular reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Implement and improve accounting processes and controls
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in the construction industry
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian
- Experience with full-cycle accounting processes
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is a plus
