Tanggung Jawab
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements and management reports in accordance with IFRS/local accounting standards.
- Lead internal and external audit engagements, serving as the primary point of contact for audit queries and compliance requirements.
- Monitor and enforce robust internal financial controls and standard operating procedures across the business.
- Analyze variances in financial performance and provide value-added insights to support management decision-making.
- Coordinate with regional teams to ensure consistency and transparency in consolidated financial data.
- Maintain fixed asset registers, intercompany reconciliations, and tax compliance documentation.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements within the corporate finance workflow.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, ACCA, or CA qualification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in corporate accounting or financial reporting.
- Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
- Proven experience in handling full-set accounts and month-end closing cycles.
- Expert proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
- Demonstrated integrity and a proactive attitude toward identifying and resolving financial discrepancies.
