Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end financial reporting processes within the Global Shared Services framework.
- Analyze existing accounting workflows to identify bottlenecks and propose process improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements with high accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and internal company policies.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to implement standardized accounting procedures.
- Assist in the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
- Support internal and external audits by providing clear, accurate documentation and analysis.
- Mentor junior team members on best practices in financial reporting and software usage.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- 1-2 years of solid professional accounting experience.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of process improvement.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced Shared Services environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, professional ethics, and attention to detail.
