Tanggung Jawab
- Manage all tax compliance requirements including income tax, VAT, and local taxes
- Prepare and file accurate tax returns and supporting documentation
- Conduct tax research and implement tax optimization strategies
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes
- Prepare financial statements and regulatory reports
- Collaborate with internal audit on financial controls and processes
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to management
- Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures
Kualifikasi
- CPA license is mandatory
- 5+ years of accounting experience with 2+ years in tax specialization
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Tax Code and BIR regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
- Advanced Excel skills with data analysis capabilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in multinational or communications industry preferred
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
