In this role, you will manage full-cycle accounting processes for a diverse portfolio of clients, utilizing modern cloud-based accounting software. You will handle everything from month-end closures to complex tax preparations and financial forecasting. This position requires a proactive individual who can work independently without constant supervision, maintaining high standards of accuracy and professional ethics in a remote setting.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the full cycle of accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards.
- Perform comprehensive bank reconciliations and balance sheet analysis to ensure financial integrity.
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all deadlines are met with precision.
- Manage tax compliance and filings, staying updated on the latest regulations in relevant jurisdictions.
- Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation for annual audits.
- Develop and monitor budgets and financial forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior accounting staff to ensure team productivity and professional growth.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with an active license.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
- Proven experience working in a remote environment with high levels of autonomy.
- Expertise in cloud-based accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks Online, or NetSuite.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and international financial reporting standards (IFRS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Data Modeling).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
