Are you an experienced accountant looking for a career-defining role with a forward-thinking company? Connext is currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our growing finance team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring financial accuracy, streamlining accounting processes, and leveraging ERP systems to drive operational excellence.
This is a 100% remote position based in Central Luzon, offering the flexibility of working from home while benefiting from a 25% night differential. If you are a detail-oriented professional with a passion for financial reporting, month-end closing, and system optimization, we want to hear from you. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights that support our business growth.
Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and record accurate journal entries and maintain the general ledger.
- Execute full-cycle month-end and year-end closing processes according to strict deadlines.
- Perform comprehensive account reconciliations and variance analysis to identify discrepancies.
- Manage fixed asset registers, including depreciation schedules and asset tracking.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external auditors, providing necessary documentation.
- Optimize ERP system functionality to automate manual tasks and improve data integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports for leadership review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA licensure is a strong advantage).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Senior Accountant or similar corporate accounting role.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) is mandatory.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of GAAP or IFRS financial standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate in a remote team environment.
- Technical proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and macros).
