You will be responsible for managing the full accounting cycle, performing detailed account reconciliations, and ensuring strict compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards. Your keen eye for detail will be paramount as you review financial transactions, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and payroll functions.
- Conduct thorough financial reviews and audits of journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements to ensure accuracy and GAAP/IFRS compliance.
- Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Lead and optimize the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls and accounting procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic business decisions.
- Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits and tax preparation, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the accounting function to increase efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or Chartered Accountant designation is required.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience, with a strong background in financial review and auditing.
- Deep working knowledge of GAAP and/or IFRS accounting standards.
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Xero, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with an unwavering attention to detail.
- Proven track record of working independently and managing deadlines in a remote or hybrid work environment.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
- Experience working with US-based or international companies is a plus.
