Join NarraShield Plus as a Senior Accountant - General Ledger and lead critical accounting operations in our dynamic finance team. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end general ledger accounting close process, including fixed assets, leases, and G&A accruals
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records through rigorous account reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for management review
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS
- Coordinate with external auditors and provide supporting documentation
- Lead process improvement initiatives for accounting operations
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities through financial analysis
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance (CPA license preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in general ledger accounting
- Proficiency in lease accounting (ASC 842/IFRS 16) and fixed asset management
- Advanced expertise in Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and financial reporting standards
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage month-end and year-end close processes
- Effective communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
