- Manage and reconcile complex financial accounts with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements adhering to GAAP/IFRS standards
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and optimize cash flow management
- Conduct internal audits and implement robust internal controls for compliance
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Serve as primary liaison for Canada-based partners on financial matters
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with multinational exposure
- Expertise in full-cycle accounting and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Experience with cross-border accounting and international tax regulations
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
