Kulicke & Soffa is a leading global provider of assembly and packaging solutions for the semiconductor industry. We are seeking a highly analytical and hands-on finance professional to join our team as a Senior Management Accountant. This role partners closely with business unit leaders to drive financial performance and provide actionable insights.
As a Senior Management Accountant, you will be responsible for delivering accurate financial information, supporting the budgeting process, and ensuring robust internal controls. You will act as a strategic business partner, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze monthly management accounts, including P&L variance analysis and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with department heads to ensure accurate resource allocation.
- Provide detailed cost analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
- Oversee the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely delivery of financial reports.
- Identify and implement process enhancements to improve financial reporting efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support capital projects and investment appraisals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in management accounting or financial analysis within a manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA) is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
- Experience in a fast-paced, global environment is an advantage.
