Tanggung Jawab
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct thorough general ledger reconciliations and investigate discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
- Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., GAAP/IFRS) and company policies.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities by providing insightful financial data and analysis.
- Identify and implement process improvements within the accounting function to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting-related issues and support business operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting, preferably in a BPO or shared services environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid setup, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines.
